The cool climate Sassy Wines of Orange New South Wales results in a slow ripening and maturation of grapes that leads to flavoursome and elegant wines.
At Sassy Wines they aim to produce excellant quality single vineyards wines. Production is small at 100 dozen of each vintage depending on the season. Sassy Wines are sold via this website and some liquor outlets and our pop-up cellar door operating regularly each weekend at the vineyard. Their long awaited cellar door is due to open in late 2014.
They attend local food and wine festivals within the Orange district as well as external shows in Sydney for example the Hunters Hill Food and Wine Festival.
