Minimalist Winemaker, Charlie Svenson utilises 'wild' strains of yeast endemic in his vineyard to produce the De Salis 'Wild' range of wines including Wild Chardonnay, Wild Fume Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir.
Charlie's elegant wines reflect each unique vintage from his 'Lofty Vineyard' located at 1,050 metres on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas. De Salis Winery is recognised for its Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and the St Em blends of Cab Franc, Merlot and Cab Sauvignon.
