KuKu Mama’s polished timber floors and street art-adorned white brick walls create a cool, laidback setting, ideal for enjoying a cocktail or boutique beer by the bar as well as a shared meal inspired by international street food and North American food truck culture. With a quirky menu designed by owner Paul Kasteel and Chef Lyndon Baker, diners are in for a treat with dishes such as hot and spicy chicken wings with Szechuan chilli salt and bootleg sauce, Southern fried chicken bao with slaw, salmon poke, and pulled pork tacos with corn relish, as well as KuKu Mama’s signature cheeseburger dumplings filled with beef, pickle, cheese and Bobby John sauce.
