Discover the magical scenery of the Byron Shire hinterland aboard the luxury yellow school bus as we wind the country roads listening to fun tunes and enjoying complimentary drinks from the onboard bar.

The best pub in the biggest little town in Australia, colourful and full of characters. Here you'll enjoy your choice of craft beer or wine on the deck of an original Aussie pub, followed by a proper hearty pub meal in a private and dramatic dining room exclusive to our group.

Leaving the township for the outskirts of the town, we'll take you to the fresh and quirkiest new brewery in the Northern Rivers region. Here you'll enjoy a tasting paddle of 4 carefully crafted beers, brewed right here in Mullum, though as you'll discover this beer is brewed in a process unlike any other brewery in the world.

Here you'll be welcomed by the passionate and loveable distillers and barmen that have crafted arguably the finest spirits in the country. You'll get the opportunity to see all aspects of the distilling process and ask questions a long the way. This will be followed by a tasting of three of their first class products.

Lunch - A hearty pub lunch, meal of your choice (vegetarian and Gluten Free options available)
Alcoholic Beverages - The day will include craft beer, wine, soft drinks, water and samples of spirits at the brewery. You do have the option of purchasing extra drinks at venues, though our inclusions should be suffice.
Snacks - Whilst aboard the Salty Pineapple and at a convenient time during the scenic cruise, we'll stop to sample some of the heavenly divine and fresh local produce made right here in the northern rivers.
